In addition, the data management and precision marketing stacks have been completely revamped with AI/ML tooling in a flexible modern architecture. Prior to Loyalty NZ Brian ran Enterprise Data & Analytics for Nike EMEA and before that held senior data and analytics roles at Heineken, BAT and the European Central Bank.
