Professor Carl-Ulrik Schierup is Director of the Institute for Research on Migration, Ethnicity and Society (REMESO), ISV, Linköping University, Sweden. He has since 1992 acted as the Director of several major research programmes and research centres on migration and ethnic relations in Scandinavia. He has published broadly on issues of migration and labour, ethnic relations, racism, multiculturalism and nationalism. Professor Ronaldo Munck is Head of Civic Engagement at Dublin City University and Visiting Professor in Development Studies at the University of Liverpool and St. Mary's University, Nova Scotia. He has written widely on labour issues, social exclusion and social movement from a critical engagement and postcolonial perspective. Anders Neergaard is Associate Professor at the Institute for Research on Migration, Ethnicity and Society (REMESO), ISV, Linköping University, Sweden.
