Botond Juhász Editor

Zsuzsanna Peres studied law at the Faculty of Law at the university of Pécs. Since 2001 she works as assistant lecturer at the Department of Legal History at the Faculty of Law, University Pécs. She is currently writing her PhD dissertation about the implementation of the fideicommissum to the Hungarian Law of successions in the second half of the 17th century. Krisztina Korsósné Delacasse studied law at the University of Pécs. She worked for two years as judicial trainee at he Court of Law of County Zala and since 1997 she works at the Department of Legal History. She is currently writing her PhD dissertation about the formation and practice of the Hungarian bar in the second half of the 19th century. Szalbolcs Hornyák studied law at the University of Pécs. He is currently assistant lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law and writing his doctoral thesis about the crimes offending the public imperturbability. Botond Juhász was between 2005-2008 a PhD-student at the Department of Legal History at the Faculty of Law, University Pécs. He is currently working as legal trainee at a law firm.
