Bob Livingston Author

Singer-songwriter Bob Livingston is a folk-rock raconteur. His lifetime of playing, touring, and recording Texas music jumpstarted in 1971 when he came to Austin, Texas, and became a founding member of The Lost Gonzo Band. He is perhaps the most widely traveled Texas musician, a distinction that earned him the honor of being appointed Music Ambassador for the US State Department and Ambassador of Goodwill by the State of Texas. Livingston plays over one hundred shows a year: house concerts, private parties, folk clubs, and festivals. He is currently the artistic director for a multicultural group from Texas and India called Cowboys & Indians and is touring in support of his most recent album, Up The Flatland Stairs. Bob lives in Austin.
