Banshi D. Gupta is a former professor of physics at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India. He has also worked at the University of Guelph (Canada), University of Toronto (Canada), Florida State University (USA), University of Strathclyde (UK), and University of Birmingham (UK). He is author of the books Fiber Optic Sensors: Principles and Applications, 2006; Fiber Optic Sensors Based on Plasmonics, 2015; Optical Sensors for Biomedical Diagnostics and Environmental Monitoring, 2017; and Metal Chalcogenide Biosensors: Fundamentals and Applications, 2023. He has authored more than 300 research articles in international journals and conferences.
Anuj K. Sharma is an associate professor of physics at the National Institute of Technology Delhi, India. He earned his MSc in physics from IIT Roorkee and PhD in physics from IIT Delhi, India. He has also been a recipient of the Alexander von Humboldt fellowship (Germany). He has published more than 110 research articles in international journals. He is associate editor of three international journals: IEEE Sensors Journal, Optical Fiber Technology, and Frontiers in Electronic Materials.
Jin Li is a professor at the Northwest A & F University, China. He serves as an editor in journals: Frontiers in Physics, Frontiers in Materials, Sensors, and Frontiers in Sensors. His research interests include micro-/nanostructured photonics, nanomaterials’ nonlinear optics, micro-/nanofiber sensors, and integrated optical devices. He has been in charge of more than 10 national and provincial projects and has published more than 50 SCI-indexed papers.
