Professor Annie Koh is Vice President for Business Development, V3 Group Professor of Family Entrepreneurship, and Professor of Finance (practice) at the Singapore Management University. She is also the Academic Director of Business Families Institute. Professor Koh is a member of the World Economic Forum Global Future Council on New Education and Work Agenda. She chairs the finance and investment committee of GovTech board, and Asian Bond Fund 2 supervisory committee of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. She is also a board member of AMTD International Inc., Keppel Prime US REIT and Prudential Assurance Company Singapore Pte Ltd. Professor Koh received a PhD degree in International Finance with Fulbright scholarship from Stern School of Business, New York University in 1988. Her research interests are in Family Office and Family Business, Investor Behaviour, Alternative Investments and Enterprise Risk Management. She co-authored Financial Management: Theory and Practice, An Asia Edition (2014), and Financing Internationalisation - Growth Strategies for Successful Companies (2004), and author of several Asian family business cases and survey reports. She was awarded the bronze and silver Singapore Public Administration medal in 2010 and 2016 and Adult Education Prism Award in 2017 for her contributions to the education and public sectors. Professor Jean Lee is the Michelin Chair Professor in Leadership and Human Resources Management, Professor of Management and Co-Director of Centre for Family Heritage in China Europe International Business School (Shanghai). She was the Department Chair for Management Department and OB&HR Department. Prior to joining CEIBS, she was Professor of Management and Associate Dean at the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (Beijing) and Associate Dean at National University of Singapore (Singapore). Professor Lee's research interests include leadership, corporate culture, women in leadership, family business and cross-culture management. She has published extensively in local and international journals, such as Human Relations, Family Business Review, International Journal of HRM, Journal of Managerial Psychology and Asia Pacific Journal of Management etc. She serves on the editorial board of Asia Business Review and Journal of Chinese Human Resource Management and has served as the Associate Editor of Asia-Pacific Journal of Management. Professor Lee has consulted and conducted training programmes for many multinational, local and international organisations in South-East Asia and mainland China. She also serves as Independent Director of several companies. She has received several Teaching Awards and Service Awards based on her excellent teaching and outstanding leadership and contribution in the profession.
