André Bögelsack Author

André Bögelsack has a doctorate degree from SAP UCC Munich, where he worked as an SAP Basis administrator for a number of years. Today, he works as a technology consultant for Accenture AG and supports IT departments of multinational groups in the implementation of cloud solutions and development of cloud strategies.

Galina Baader works at SAP UCC Munich and is responsible for cloud solutions and SAP HANA, offering training classes on both these topics. Previously, she worked as a consultant and was in charge of migrating on-premise solutions to Amazon Web Services.

Loina Prifti works at SAP UCC Munich on SAP HANA Cloud Platform. Her primary focus is cloud computing.

Ronny Zimmermann works at SAP UCC Magdeburg and is the spokesman of the DSAG (German-speaking SAP user group) group Virtualization and Cloud Computing. He's the co-author of SAP PRESS books on Oracle, DB2, and SAP NetWeaver AS Java administration.

Helmut Krcmar has held the chair for Information Systems at the Information Technology Department of the Technische Universität München (TUM) since October 1, 2002. He is a member of the Information Technology Department, a secondary member of the Economics Department, and a member of the Carl von Linde Academy. Since 2004, he has been a member of the board of the elite graduate program in finance and information management (FIM) in the elite network of Bavaria, Germany. Between October 2003 and May 2007, he was academic director of the 'communicate!' program, and has been scientific director of the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) of TUM since January 2004. His research interests include information and knowledge management; engineering and management of IT-based services; piloting innovative information systems in healthcare, environmental management, and e-government; and computer support of cooperation in distributed and mobile work and learning processes. His book Informations management has seen four editions.
