Anatoly Ivanovich Kozlov Author

Georgy Alekseevich Kryzhanovsky is First President of the Academy of Transport of Russia (1991), Founder and President of the International Academy of Transport (1997). He is Russian Federation Honored Worker of Science. He is Head (Rector) of the Order of Lenin of the Academy of Civil Aviation (1990-2004), Professor in the Department of Organization and Management in Transport Systems of St. Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation. His research interests are in the areas of flight safety, increasing their efficiency and regularity. He is the author of over 350 scientific works, including: 20 monographs, 6 textbooks, 10 teaching aids, 15 inventions, which are widely used in the practical activities of aviation enterprises and airlines, in the educational process of transport and special–technical universities. 

Anatoly Ivanovich Kozlov is Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Honorary Master of Sciences and Engineering of the Russian Federation and Professor in the Department of Technical Operation of Radio-technical Equipment for Air Transport. He is the author of about 300 scientific works, including 21 monographs, 25 textbooks and 13 patents for inventions of a number of radio engineering tools.

Oleg Ivanovich Sauta is Doctor of Technical Sciences. He is the author of more than 100 scientific papers, including 20 patents for inventions in the field of radio technical systems for satellite navigation, landing and safety enhancement systems. He graduated from Leningrad State University, specializing in radiophysics (1983). He defended his candidate thesis in 1991 and doctoral thesis in 2012. He is an expert in the field of aviation radio technical systems for navigation and landing, founder of the scientific field of ergatic complexes for displaying navigational information and external environment for improving flight safety and reducing the meteorological minimum. He is Deputy Chief Designer of the first Russian series-produced on-board ground proximity warning systems and satellite-based landing systems for all types of aircraft. 

Yuri Grigorievich Shatrakov is Doctor of Technical Sciences, Russian Federation Honored Worker of Science and Professor at the Academy of Technological Sciences of the Russian Federation. He has worked in the field of air navigation since 1963, and his interests focus on ground and on-board systems of radio navigation, instrumental landing, secondary radar, air traffic control systems and training and simulation systems. He has published more than 400 scientific papers.

Ivan Nikolaevich Shestakov is Full Member of the International Public Association Academy of Navigation and Motion Control and the International Academy of Transport. He is Head of the Department of Organization and Management in Transport Systems of St. Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation. He is the author of over 180 scientific and educational–methodical works.
