Dr. Pramod Kumar Pandey is presently the Director, ICAR- Directorate of Coldwater Fisheries Research, Bhimtal, India. He has more than 33 years of experience in the field of Fisheries and Aquaculture in different capacity. He had received many national and international awards from different organizations.

Dr Amit Pande is currently a principal scientist at ICAR-Directorate of Coldwater Fisheries Research, Bhimtal, India. He has more than 24 years of research experience in the area of biotechnology. He was awarded a Commonwealth Scholarship by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, United Kingdom and got his PhD from the University of Reading.
