Mahmoud Mohieldin is Professor of Economics at Cairo University, UN Special Envoy on Financing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and UN's 7th High-Level Champion for Climate Change. Mohieldin served as Senior Vice President of the World Bank Group, and he was Minister of Investment in Egypt from 2004 to 2010.

Hanan Amin-Salem is Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Sovereign Advisory at Citi. She served as First Deputy Minister of Finance in Egypt between 2014 and 2016. She worked at JPMorgan as a sovereign advisor and was a senior analyst in the sovereign rating team at Moody's Investors Service.

Amira El-Shal is Assistant Professor of Economics at Cairo University and Associate Director of Research at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab. She was Senior Consultant at the African Development Bank, Economic Consultant at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and Economic Expert at Egypt’s Ministry of Investment and International Cooperation.

Eman Moustafa is Research Manager at African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) and Senior Economist at Egypt’s General Authority for Investment and Free Zones. She was Senior Consultant at the Macroeconomic Policy, Debt Sustainability and Forecasting Division of the African Development Bank, and Senior Economist at Egypt’s Investment Policy Advocacy Division of the Ministry of Investment and International Cooperation.
