Ambrose Kiprop is the Center Leader, Africa Center of Excellence in Phytochemicals, Textiles and Renewable Energy (ACEII-PTRE). He is a Professor of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Moi University. Rose Ramkat is the Deputy Center Leader, Africa Center of Excellence in Phytochemicals, Textiles and Renewable Energy (ACEII-PTRE). She is also the head of department of Biological Sciences in the School of Biological & Physical Sciences at Moi University. Isaac S. Kosgey is the Vice Chancellor of Moi University, Kenya. He is a Professor of Animal Sciences (Animal Breeding and Genetics)
