Amanda Grant is a new television cook who is a regular on Channel 4's daytime cookery slot, Here's One I Made Earlier, and also appears in Channel 5's Mixing it. She is food editor of Cosmopolitan magazine, and author of the Cosmopolitan Vegetarian Cookery Book.
