Alan K Brown Author & Translator

Alan K. Brown (1933-2009) taught Medieval languages and literature at the Ohio State University, among other institutions. He published numerous articles and reviews on western U.S. history and authored or translated several books, including A Description of Distant Roads: Original Journals of the First Expedition into California, 1769–1770.
