Digital Democracy – IT for Change

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 53rd Annual Convention of the Computer Society of India, CSI 2020, held in Bhubaneswar, India, in January 2020.

The 3 revised full and 7 revised short papers, along with 1 poster paper, presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 144 submissions. The theme of CSI 2021, Digital Democracy – IT for Change, was selected to present the use of information and communication technology (ICT) in political and governance processes. The papers focus on topics such as digital democracy, digital communication, digital analytics and digital security.
