Safety Assessment of Foods Derived from Genetically Modified Animals, Including Fish (FAO Food and Nutrition Paper)

This publication contains the report of an expert meeting which focused on strategy options for the food safety assessment of genetically modified animals (including fish), as well as other environmental and ethical issues related to food safety. It also addressed ethical considerations that relate directly to the scientific assessment of foods derived from GM animals.
