• O'Brien plans to travel extensively to give readings (he will be on sabbatical in Fall 2013), including travel to colleges and bookstores in the northeast, the California Bay Area, Seattle, and the Midwest (Iowa and Chicago). • O'Brien's previous collections have been reviewed by journals, literary magazines and newspapers that address political movements, international news, Occupy protests, as well as new and contemporary poetry.
