You Good Thing

• We plan to compile a list of Wier's former students in bookstores and in universities who may be interested in selling or teaching her book, and use her wide range of influence in the Northeast to promote her newest collection. • We will send preview copies to academics in the Northeast who know Wier personally, as well as to academics who have taught her other collections published by Wave. • We will seek to promote You Good Thing on bookworm, as well as in features and reviews in Publishers Weekly, Rain Taxi, Time Out New York, Coldfront, Boston Review, Poets and Writers, Jacket Magazine, Ploughshares, and Bookslut. • We will promote You Good Thing on Wier's author page (http://wavepoetry.myshopify.com/collections/authors/products/dara-wier), through social media like Facebook and twitter, and on our homepage.
