This edited volume examines the ways in which climate change is affecting all aspects of food production from crop science to animal husbandry, and suggests mitigating processes to offset the effects for farmers.The effects of climate change on food production and security are many and varied and represent one of the biggest challenges facing humanity today. As the human population increases there is increasing pressure on land availability and water resources.
