The Curse

Eman is devastated when her grandad passes away after a sudden fall. It just doesn't make sense to her. Something feels off. When clearing out grandad's loft, Eman and her brother, Abdu, uncover a stolen Egyptian mummy head. Just when they think things can't get any stranger, it is revealed there is a deadly family secret which needs revealing, and quickly.

Wow! Fiction follows on from Wow! Facts series and each book can be paired with a non-fiction counterpart on the same theme such as Exploring Space, Ancient Egypt or Fighter Planes. Some children may want to find out more about the topic and they can access a non-fiction book at the same level, providing an opportunity to experience different text types and formats.
