The most apparent update is more pictures and since a picture is worth a thousand words, well, then there are an extra million or two words worth of advice in the book. Every chapter in the book seems to have been expanded and improved. This book is much more that a "how to" book. It explains why the component works the way it does, how you can make improvements or modernise, and - most importantly - it is very easy to understand.
