The Foreword was provided by Ken’s very good friend and joke writer John Martin. The Introduction is by Shaun Gorringe, stage manager of The Grand Blackpool. This publication was kindly approved and edited by Lady Anne Dodd. The 2 registered charities The Children’s Air Ambulance and The Liverpool Whitechapel Centre will be supported with donations from the sale of this book.
