Lisa often travels to SE Asia and works in a safe house there. She's on the board of a non-profit that supports the anti-trafficking cause in SE Asia and is also on a local anti-trafficking team in the Bay Area.  Lisa will be featured on Catching Days (a writing blog that has featured some pretty serious novelists) to coincide with when Across the Deep is published.
