In addition, all of the travel show speeches (see above) require appearances on local TV and radio stations, to boost those shows and the books. Frommer’s, and Arthur and Pauline Frommer, were the subject of a feature article in the magazine that has the largest circulation on earth, AARP’s magazine. We have also recently appeared in print and/or online versions of Real Simple, Forbes, Travel & Leisure, Conde Nast Traveler, Money Magazine, and other magazines, along with newspapers and blogs. Appearances for the last three years on Rick Steve’s radio show, as well as other NPR shows. Web campaigns 2017/2018: Partnership with the nation of Peru to promote Frommer’s EasyGuide to Lima, Cusco and Machu Picchu with a major contest. Partnership with the nation of Colombia to promote Frommer’s EasyGuide to Colombia. Partnership/contest with HomeAway.com to promote the 60th anniversary (2017) of the Frommer’s brand. And Frommers.com continues to be an important presence on the web with 3 million unique users per month. Social Media: Frommer’s maintains an active social media presence and has 150,000 Twitter followers (which is 60,000 more than Rick Steves), 31,000 followers on Facebook, 22,000 followers on Instagram.
