An excellent textbook which is well written and which promotes the "thinking doing talking science" pedagogy. It is concise with good examples throughout and really uses the idea of teaching science in a way that it will be engaging for pupils and their teachers ... Its use of case studies and "Pause for Thought" boxes help the reader to reflect on the examples and consider how this relates to their own teaching.
