The video and facilitator′s guide accompanying Rosemary Henze′s book, Leading for Diversity, feature the four key principles for improving ethnic relations found in the book:

The Leading for Diversity Video, directed by Rosemary Henze, features real classroom footage from schools in the Bay area of San Francisco, and interviews with school leaders, teachers, and students who are applying the principles in their buildings and classrooms. Some graphic pedagogy is also included to structure the discussion and progression. The material is K-12 and footage covers schools and classrooms at all levels.

The Leading for Diversity Facilitator′s Guide instructs practitioners on how best to incorporate the video into teaching and learning and provides a framework for professional development. Though directly tied to the research base and content from the core book, the video can easily be used as a stand-alone product for administrator and teacher staff development and training on diversity and interethnic relations.
