ELENA ANTONACOPOULOU is Professor Organizational Behaviour at the University of Liverpool Management School, UK, and Director of GNOSIS, a dynamic management research initiative. She is currently Senior Fellow of the Advanced Institute of Management Research. Her principal research interests include change and learning processes in organizations.
