Over thirty internationally recognized scholars have contributed these studies in honour of noted Anatolianist and Indo-Europeanist Norbert Oettinger, including Bernhard Forssman, Heinrich Hettrich, Michael Janda, Jean Kellens, Hartmut Matthäus, Stefan Zimmer, and the late Jens Elmegård Rasmussen and Calvert Watkins.
