Road Trips is a collection of the best articles from two decades of convention journals. Each year members of the Society for American Baseball Research gather to hear presentations, exchange research, and discuss with former ball players, general managers, scouts, and other professionals the various aspects of the national game. For each convention a journal of articles was published and given away to those attending. The best and most readable of those articles are now made available for a wider readership.
