This volume reports Pinochet decisions from English, Spanish, Belgian, and Luxembourg courts, Southern Bluefin Tuna Arbitral Award of 4 August 2000, Metalclad Corp. v. United Mexican States (ICSID-Additional Facility) (Award of 30 August 2000), and the arbitration tribunal maritime delimitation Phase Two of the Eritrea/Yemen dispute.The International Law Reports is the only publication in the world wholly devoted to the regular and systematic reporting in English of decisions of international courts and arbitrators as well as judgments of national courts.
