Volume 115 of the International Law Reports presents decisions of national and international courts relating among other matters to the right of Quebec to secede from Canada, to the punishment of the crime of genocide in former Yugoslavia and decisions of the UN Committee on human rights.The International Law Reports is the only publication in the world wholly devoted to the regular and systematic reporting in English of decisions of international courts and arbitrators as well as judgments of national courts.
