Peter Brook is a former co-director of the Royal Shakespeare Company, and now heads the International Centre of Theatre Research in Paris. He has directed more than 50 productions and a film version of "The Lord of the Flies", he is also the author of "Threads of Time", "There Are No Secrets", "The Empty Space" and "The Shifting Point".
