Global Energy Justice

This groundbreaking text both explains and provides legal solutions to interlocking problems of global energy poverty, environmental degradation, and injustice. The first segment examines the jurisprudential lineages of justice and law within Western, Islamic, Buddhist and Confucian traditions, and argues that law can and should offer answers to global problems of energy and poverty.
